At the beginning of the new year, the top-level design of wind power and photovoltaic industries has come one after another, which has set a good start for the healthy development of China's wind power, photovoltaic and other new energy equipment industries in 2016.

Improve wind power equipment certification standards and capabilities

At present, the entire wind power equipment industry still has problems such as lack of core competitiveness and disorderly market competition. In terms of the construction of the standard system, the wind power industry still has problems such as lack of standards, inconsistent standards, and derailment with international standards, such as the lack of a standard system for wind power operation and maintenance services, the urgent need to improve the offshore wind power standard system, and the lack of the right to speak of Chinese standards in the international market. problem. These issues can be improved through macro-control of the industry and increased independent innovation, and the release of national standards will make these issues evidence-based.

In the national standards for the wind power industry to be implemented from February 1, this year, the wind farm monitoring system communications, direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbines, offshore wind turbines, typhoon-type wind turbines, and protective coatings for wind power facilities Technical specifications have related standards, which solves the problem of lack of standards in China's wind power industry, especially the offshore wind power industry to a certain extent.

It is worth mentioning that there are currently three organizations that have been approved by the China Certification and Accreditation Administration to carry out wind power equipment certification work: Jianheng Certification Center, China Classification Society Quality Certification Co., Ltd. and China Quality Certification Center. Standardized manufacturing improves the quality of photovoltaic equipment

According to the public data of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association, as of the end of 2014, about 30% of the photovoltaic power stations in China had failed in quality.
